剛入手八枚玉，到三姐海鮮午餐並試鏡，八枚玉質素未試到，但這天的三姐卻是幫襯多年以來最差的一次 🙁
回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
