回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

每年十月份，Frankie 都會安排回港棎親，近年多數選擇途經日本，順道組織家庭旅行。我安排了九月三十日一起到鎌倉遊玩，其餘時間則各自活動。

好抵、好大塊、好厚肉、好多汁。太大塊，下次要焗一焗佢先得。

三分吹雞帶我同花花去上環素藝舍。中菜 Fine Dining 一向是我喜愛的菜式，私房菜亦給予廚師充分準備，話雖小弟係食肉獸一名，但這仍然是一頓令人驚喜的晚宴。

文哥回港，一家人便開車到流浮山明記吃晚飯，誰不知明記的知音大有人在，明記爆滿，在明記幫忙的伙記建議並帶我們到附近的彩鳳酒家，說彩鳳酒家也是本地的老字號，很喜歡這種鄰里一家親而非同行如敵國的情懷。

Tai O is part of my Hong Kong Trip on January 2001. We, me and my friend KiKi, hired a boat to travel around. I took most pictures on the boat.
