適逢母親大人在二月尾生日，大家便計劃起台中洪瑞珍三明治 ＋ 母親慶生旅行來。雖然不像人家去跑四家洪瑞珍店，但我們還是試了中山路店及自由路店。

Alan 生日，去三姐海鮮飯店食地道海鮮，繼續由阿舅的『飲茶錢』津貼，尾數由我支付。
