因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
跟圖書館同事到東莞一遊，去過虎門炮台等地方
2014 年，我第一次踏足日本，到過福岡、熊本、由布丸等地方。
2010 年紐約回港後，相約好友食飯及派手信。
文哥臨走前的周六中午，到了西貢六福食海鮮，我跟文哥爭比錢爭持不下，最後由 Joan 負責埋單。
