一年一度意粉記念日，前年的慶祝地點是 Chef Eddy，今次又去 Chef Eddy 私房菜，只是老闆 Eddy 已經由香港仔搬到銅鑼灣。今次主打黑松露，正合我河車。
兩日三夜的旅程，除了抵台當日下午有陽光外，全程都下著大雨。我們到過礁溪、宜蘭、頭城、九份、金瓜石瀑布等地方，品嚐過地道的三星蔥、合鴨米及甕窯雞，臨走時帶還了一棵三星蔥回港。
