想起很久沒拍菲林照片，雪櫃裡的菲林都快要到期了。連日天氣不穩，正好給老相機＋菲林照片發揮所長。

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

2010 年夏天，Ko 到耕地種菜，順道來上水探我，之後去了元朗三上吃日本菜。

一年一度 OU 舊同事吹水會，今年準備了八鄉南苑盆菜，比上水盆菜較入味，頭盆是慢煮四小時的斧頭扒。
