趕緊回美前清咁啲冰箱存貨，今日煎埋最後兩塊扒。今日雙爐齊開，細果塊係 DeBuyer 煎既，大果塊係 LC。
上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
文哥回港，一家人便開車到流浮山明記吃晚飯，誰不知明記的知音大有人在，明記爆滿，在明記幫忙的伙記建議並帶我們到附近的彩鳳酒家，說彩鳳酒家也是本地的老字號，很喜歡這種鄰里一家親而非同行如敵國的情懷。
