抵達台北當天由 Joan 的台灣朋友接待，玩了一些很地道的景點，只是忘了帶相機的 SD 咭，全日無相。第二天到動物園及貓空，第三天在故宮博物館。
回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
