在網上看見蓬吉鄉鄉花海，是日一早嘈醒 Singly 去影相。影完相去屏山華嫂冰室食早餐，但等完位都差唔多中午了。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

Ken 到港短遊，早上到維記吃早餐，下午到利苑吃午飯，但無叉燒食。
