這是第二年出席日本的學術會議了，上年在大阪，今年在神戶。在會議前後及空餘時間，除了遊覽神戶外，我還去了幾個鄰近的旅遊勝地，包括姬路、淡路島、岡山及倉敷等。
回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
文哥回港短聚，是日一早到新香園吃蛋牛治，中午到菠蘿推介的深井傅記食燒鵝。
零九年，Amanda 相約去看演唱會。
