除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
國慶長假期 Frankie 和 Deborah 到多倫多美食自由行，先後到過名門金宴、魚樂軒、大都會茶餐廳及黃三記。
