因公務到香港大學志華館考察，順道棎訪舊同事 Wilson Kwok，中午到中華廚藝學院午餐。很久沒去中廚吃飯了，算一算，對上一次在那裡吃飯已經是 2015 年 1 月了。

Greyhound 喺美國係長途巴士公司，仲記得以前由紐約坐去多倫多要成十一個鐘，最難忘係難頂既巴士廁所味，同一位話不投機既鄰座旅客。喺 IFC 見到間餐廳用呢個名，忍唔住入去 fusion 一下。
