回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
定期跟 Buck 和 Wilson Kwok 的飯局聚會。
2010 年夏天，Ko 到耕地種菜，順道來上水探我，之後去了元朗三上吃日本菜。
