對上一次圖書館協會外訪團要追索至六年前，小弟極希望要在是年卸任前完成外訪團。一早定下外訪地點是泰國曼谷，原因是當地有書商照應，到訪了泰國國家圖書館、朱拉隆功大學、泰國創意設計中心及西里拉醫學圖書館。

這是我第四次來到曼谷，入住 Sukhumvit 區 Soi 26 的 DoubleTree Hilton 酒店，位置就在香港人喜愛的榮泰魚蛋粉旁。
