2016 年第一炮，約了舊公司同事吃盆菜。應 Edmund 要求，即場煎牛扒及豬扒供大家品嘗，還有 Patti 帶來的美味蘋果批。

新一年開始，美國運通咭送上旅遊及海外餐飲回贈，所以一月便訂了前往泰國的機票及酒店。原因是以五星級酒店而言，泰國的相對便宜。
