回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

我和 Joan 22 日到達京都，但大隊卻要在 23 日晚才到，變相頭兩天是我倆的自由活動。這次去了二条城、清水寺、南禪寺、永觀堂、銀閣寺、常寂光寺、貴船、天橋立、宇治、平等寺等地方，吃過米其林級蟹宴、鴨肉漢堡、柚子 lunch、栗子甜品等等。

想了幾年的河背水塘遊，臨行前一晚驚覺朋友家原來距離河背水塘很接近，於是便邀請朋友同行，順道泊低架車。

Macau is also part of my Hong Kong Trip on January 2001. I went to macau to meet Emily. She had a car to bring me around.

Well ….. Someone said they need a quick escape from exhausted work. So I drive them to Pocket Bay, where is only 20 minutes drive from work. Pocket Bay is a nice little old fisherman’s village with good food.

新入手 Sony A6000，配上老菜頭，試了兩張食物相。
