文哥回港短聚，是日一早到新香園吃蛋牛治，中午到菠蘿推介的深井傅記食燒鵝。

Dinner at Ah Q’s House
利用昨晚邊爐的剩餘物資，煮了一個日式牛肉鍋，順便替隻 Staub Nike 鍋開光。
好抵、好大塊、好厚肉、好多汁。太大塊，下次要焗一焗佢先得。
