這次美國之行早在一年前已經籌備，日蝕時間為八月尾，機位必然非常緊張。除了日蝕，其餘在美的時間則在逛大都會博物館，本來希望看完整個博物館，但極其量也只是看了一半。

這次礁溪之旅構思了許多年，原因是八年前跟家人到礁溪旅行時，Joan 因事沒隨行，所以一直想再去礁溪。碰考星宇航空開始了香港的航點，便馬上訂了機票到台灣。

光哥回港渡假，碰巧當天生日，大伙兒到淘大稻香晚飯。
