好抵、好大塊、好厚肉、好多汁。太大塊，下次要焗一焗佢先得。

歡舖頭裝修，順便重做餐牌，搵左我幫手影相，我就叫埋 Joan 一齊去，多部機多個 backup；又叫埋長叔幫手食野。賽後檢討：唔記得帶燈，打唔走個影，太唔專業了，但老闆又似乎唔多介意。
