回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
2004 年文哥去了加拿大山區旅遊。

零五年農曆新年買了一盆芍藥回家，順便拿來當攝影習作。
