上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。

因為 Joan 手上的旅行哩數快要到期，不多不少只能換到短線機票，最後 book 到來回曼谷的機票。可惜的是安排不到生日當天起程或回程，但在外地過生日也算是美事。
