An unforgettable trip to Wyoming, South Dakota, Idaho, Montana, and Utah

除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。

兩日三夜的旅程，除了抵台當日下午有陽光外，全程都下著大雨。我們到過礁溪、宜蘭、頭城、九份、金瓜石瀑布等地方，品嚐過地道的三星蔥、合鴨米及甕窯雞，臨走時帶還了一棵三星蔥回港。
