文哥帶給我一個 Le Creuset Grill Pan，養了一個星期後，在 UNY 買了兩塊黑毛和牛替它開光。

利用昨晚邊爐的剩餘物資，煮了一個日式牛肉鍋，順便替隻 Staub Nike 鍋開光。

出席了香港大學圖書館舉辦的 Leadership Institute 而到了上海一趟，順道約了住在南京的 Gary 及 Christine。

是日到香港公園試鏡前到中環吃早餐。
