回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

2010 年，因為要處理爸爸的身後事，難得四兄弟在香港聚首一堂。早上在寶福山處理骨灰事宜後，晚上在三聖吃飯，拍下了沒有老爸的家庭合照。
