因為 Joan 剛轉新工作，不方便請假，是年的生日旅遊不能安排在我或 Joan 的正日生日，而是提前在生日前的周末。星期六凌晨抵達新加坡樟宜機場，星期一凌晨機返回香港，不多不小，前後剛好閃遊新加坡 48 小時。
同屋企人的聖誕扒餐，特別試下新入既豬扒。同場加映，Joan 主理既 Risotto，選用前一日食剩既赤米蝦。
