Chinese New Year’s Eve dinner at Uncle Fu’s house

文哥帶給我一個 Le Creuset Grill Pan，養了一個星期後，在 UNY 買了兩塊黑毛和牛替它開光。
回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
