因公務到香港大學志華館考察，順道棎訪舊同事 Wilson Kwok，中午到中華廚藝學院午餐。很久沒去中廚吃飯了，算一算，對上一次在那裡吃飯已經是 2015 年 1 月了。
由海象隊吹雞的三聖海鮮晚餐，由司力架同車頭主理，以數量震憾見稱，聖旨去殼當炒麵咁炒，買賴尿蝦以缸為單位，全晚只有海鮮都食唔晒。
