文哥帶給我一個 Le Creuset Grill Pan，養了一個星期後，在 UNY 買了兩塊黑毛和牛替它開光。
上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。
2010 年夏天，Ko 到耕地種菜，順道來上水探我，之後去了元朗三上吃日本菜。
