文哥臨走前的周六中午，到了西貢六福食海鮮，我跟文哥爭比錢爭持不下，最後由 Joan 負責埋單。

我在二零一四年的復活節領洗了，一同領洗的還有 Sita 的丈夫及兒子 Hindi 及周三晚慕道班的一眾弟兄姊妹們。

2005 年新年，Singly 帶埋隻愛犬黎我屋企 BBQ。同日下午要去 Regina 公司救機，順便黎埋燒野食。

我們去了魚尾獅、Garden by the Bay、Night Safari 等名勝，全部遊人稀少，不用排隊，任影唔嬲，也算是一種奇遇。

回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

Well ….. Someone said they need a quick escape from exhausted work. So I drive them to Pocket Bay, where is only 20 minutes drive from work. Pocket Bay is a nice little old fisherman’s village with good food.

零五年農曆新年買了一盆芍藥回家，順便拿來當攝影習作。

Pictures was shot around late January 2001 when Alan was in the New York. All pictures were taken by him with his Minox camera.  

文哥帶給我一個 Le Creuset Grill Pan，養了一個星期後，在 UNY 買了兩塊黑毛和牛替它開光。
