這次礁溪之旅構思了許多年，原因是八年前跟家人到礁溪旅行時，Joan 因事沒隨行，所以一直想再去礁溪。碰考星宇航空開始了香港的航點，便馬上訂了機票到台灣。

趕緊回美前清咁啲冰箱存貨，今日煎埋最後兩塊扒。今日雙爐齊開，細果塊係 DeBuyer 煎既，大果塊係 LC。
