回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。

朋友租下了丹竹坑一塊農地，我便柴姐姐地去八掛一下，順便練一練生態攝影。

2010 年夏天，Ko 到耕地種菜，順道來上水探我，之後去了元朗三上吃日本菜。

相機剛入手，影了幾張羽毛球照來試機。
