2007 年和琪琪、龍及琪琪朋友到澳門一遊。

與 Joan 遊澳門，行程跟五月時與家人遊澳門時差不多，但遇上許多店舖因公眾假期而休息。同場加映：馬田推介的杏香園裹蒸糭。

又因公事到中華廚藝學院，其實係上次既問題未解決。食飯事少，希望整得好唔駛再因同一問題返黎。

受同行友人邀請，四月初到大阪參加業界學術會議，順道觀賞大阪櫻花。
