來到沖繩後，發覺許多地方不似預期，但多了點驚喜。石垣牛、阿古豬不似預期，刺身也沒有想像中好，但沖繩麵卻令人驚喜。沖繩少了一點日本味道，多了一點中國和美國的影子。
定期跟 Buck 和 Wilson Kwok 的飯局聚會。
攝於五月廿五日於深水埗漢寶酒樓，為Frankie洗塵，並預賀韋信的生日。
又因公事到中華廚藝學院，其實係上次既問題未解決。食飯事少，希望整得好唔駛再因同一問題返黎。
