適逢母親大人在二月尾生日，大家便計劃起台中洪瑞珍三明治 ＋ 母親慶生旅行來。雖然不像人家去跑四家洪瑞珍店，但我們還是試了中山路店及自由路店。

新一年開始，美國運通咭送上旅遊及海外餐飲回贈，所以一月便訂了前往泰國的機票及酒店。原因是以五星級酒店而言，泰國的相對便宜。
