因疫情關係，原先訂好的機票一再改期，直至 2021 年 9 月左右，收到消息指媽媽在美國跌倒，便決定如期赴美，當時回港需要隔離 21 日。

2016 年第一炮，約了舊公司同事吃盆菜。應 Edmund 要求，即場煎牛扒及豬扒供大家品嘗，還有 Patti 帶來的美味蘋果批。
