一年一度的美國行，今年的隨團團友除 Joan 外，還有媽媽及大哥 Alan，一家人更浩浩盪盪地去大峽谷及中部的國家公園遊覽。

因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
跟團長和腸嫂很久沒 fine dining，今次去 PMQ 的 Aberdeen Street Social，過了一個很愉快的晚上。
