澄澄為 Ken 慶生，安排了火炭工廈的私房菜。
回美後入了一批 DD 牛扒，這次是義大利品種美國飼養的 Piedmontese 肉眼扒，用的是 DeBuyer 煎 Pan。
與 Ken 一家暢遊澳門，品嚐地道美食及觀賞水舞間。
