因朋友說要品嘗圍村盆菜，於是在 2014 年尾的長周末時搞了一場盆菜宴。

因疫情關係，原先訂好的機票一再改期，直至 2021 年 9 月左右，收到消息指媽媽在美國跌倒，便決定如期赴美，當時回港需要隔離 21 日。
