文哥帶給我一個 Le Creuset Grill Pan，養了一個星期後，在 UNY 買了兩塊黑毛和牛替它開光。
應歡要求，替金香菜館影小菜相。這次是第二次拍照，補拍幾張小菜相 ＋ 三代同堂合照。
利用昨晚邊爐的剩餘物資，煮了一個日式牛肉鍋，順便替隻 Staub Nike 鍋開光。
除夕夜想開支紅酒，順理成章在冰箱找出兩塊一吋厚牛扒。牛扒不算厚，不用焗也不用慢煮，每面煎三分鐘可以了。
