每年生日總會計劃到外地旅遊，是年選擇了新加坡，臨出發前，朋友介紹我去新開的 Jewel 看人造瀑布，而且要看日景和夜景兩次。Jewel 除了瀑布外，還是一個碩大的購物中心，得閒可以留連大半天。

對上一次圖書館協會外訪團要追索至六年前，小弟極希望要在是年卸任前完成外訪團。一早定下外訪地點是泰國曼谷，原因是當地有書商照應，到訪了泰國國家圖書館、朱拉隆功大學、泰國創意設計中心及西里拉醫學圖書館。
