歡舖頭裝修，順便重做餐牌，搵左我幫手影相，我就叫埋 Joan 一齊去，多部機多個 backup；又叫埋長叔幫手食野。賽後檢討：唔記得帶燈，打唔走個影，太唔專業了，但老闆又似乎唔多介意。

Joan 知我很想去長崎朝聖，特地安排了一次福岡、長崎、佐世保之旅。五天行程，到訪過六間教堂及二十六聖人紀念館，最後一天留在福岡遊覽。

聞名已久。剛好 RubyMichael 約食午飯，一拍即合。
