因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。
這次安排了去日本，反正國外許多地方都未完全開放，對上一次日本遊已是 2019 年。這次京阪之旅沒有特別行程，唯獨是信用咭有海外餐飲回贈，順道預約了一家米其林一星的壽司店。
