適逢母親大人在二月尾生日，大家便計劃起台中洪瑞珍三明治 ＋ 母親慶生旅行來。雖然不像人家去跑四家洪瑞珍店，但我們還是試了中山路店及自由路店。

這次美國之行早在一年前已經籌備，日蝕時間為八月尾，機位必然非常緊張。除了日蝕，其餘在美的時間則在逛大都會博物館，本來希望看完整個博物館，但極其量也只是看了一半。

利用昨晚邊爐的剩餘物資，煮了一個日式牛肉鍋，順便替隻 Staub Nike 鍋開光。
