因為 DD 團購不勝負荷，已經有一段時間沒組團了，但最近傳出風聲牛排團又吹雞，趕快把冰箱最後兩塊消化掉。剛好酒櫃還有一支小號西班牙酒，份量正好適合我和 Joan 飲用。

六十年一屆的上水太平清醮，一生人只有見到一次，長壽的可以參與兩次。一連三天的慶典，包括石湖墟巡遊、唱大戲、鬼王巡遊、千人盤菜等等。

利用昨晚邊爐的剩餘物資，煮了一個日式牛肉鍋，順便替隻 Staub Nike 鍋開光。
