一年一度難民網友吹雞的三聖海鮮飯局，同樣以數量見稱。

因上次 Boxing Day 邊爐有朋友向隅，新年後特設第二輪邊爐。

Pictures was shot around late January 2001 when Alan was in the New York. All pictures were taken by him with his Minox camera.  

因為 Joan 剛轉新工作，不方便請假，是年的生日旅遊不能安排在我或 Joan 的正日生日，而是提前在生日前的周末。星期六凌晨抵達新加坡樟宜機場，星期一凌晨機返回香港，不多不小，前後剛好閃遊新加坡 48 小時。

因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

2014 年，我第一次踏足日本，到過福岡、熊本、由布丸等地方。

2010 年，June 回港棎親，一班 OU 朋友在沙田新城巿廣場相聚。
