上次煎 Don Don 牛排太生，今次用 LC Grill Pan 煎再焗一焗，果然腍左好多。

早前美國機票大平賣，紐約朋友都襯平票來港遊玩。適逢 Frankie 另一位朋友 Kitty 來港，我便照抄舊路線，帶了他們新界一日遊，行程包括旺角金華、西貢、流浮山、上水等地方。

周日下午，又去大尾篤 late lunch，食完專程去中大鏡湖影相，但點知無水。
