因為 Joan 借了家姐一支慢煮棍後，我便向 DD 訂購厚牛排，輾轉買了最厚的斧頭扒。慢煮時間設為 54 度及 4 小時，煎香兩面後可以上枱。

每年生日總會計劃到外地旅遊，是年選擇了新加坡，臨出發前，朋友介紹我去新開的 Jewel 看人造瀑布，而且要看日景和夜景兩次。Jewel 除了瀑布外，還是一個碩大的購物中心，得閒可以留連大半天。

2004 年阿父回港遊覽，我帶他去大澳食海鮮及探朋友。
