歡舖頭裝修，順便重做餐牌，搵左我幫手影相，我就叫埋 Joan 一齊去，多部機多個 backup；又叫埋長叔幫手食野。賽後檢討：唔記得帶燈，打唔走個影，太唔專業了，但老闆又似乎唔多介意。

菠蘿一家大細來了上水家訪，Otis&Serena 異口同聲地說要吃牛排，剛好冰箱還有幾塊牛扒，只是最小的一塊也有三吋厚。牛排先慢煮 5 小時（54 度），再用煎 pan 無面煎兩分鐘。
