六月份一個跟職訓局到北京清華大學的交流活動。為期七天，除了每天到清華大學上課外，還參觀了昇旗、天安門廣場、吉利大學、國家博物館及 798 藝術區。

趕緊回美前清咁啲冰箱存貨，今日煎埋最後兩塊扒。今日雙爐齊開，細果塊係 DeBuyer 煎既，大果塊係 LC。

計劃這次旅程，一半原因是朋友 Winnie 來到遠東旅遊，另外的特別之處，就是吃了一餐特別的日本 Omakase及去了中山區花博公園看玫瑰花展。
