二月時去過一次東京及大阪，題為『復常京阪遊』。 這次去的是東京，有別於此前數次都住在汐留或新宿，這次到了一個香港人較少去的地方 —— 墨田區的錦糸町。

菠蘿一家大細來了上水家訪，Otis&Serena 異口同聲地說要吃牛排，剛好冰箱還有幾塊牛扒，只是最小的一塊也有三吋厚。牛排先慢煮 5 小時（54 度），再用煎 pan 無面煎兩分鐘。
